Are rug pads machine washable?

Due to their material structure, rug pads are less durable than rugs and may get damaged during machine washing. We do not recommend washing rug pads in a washing machine.

My rug smells a bit. What should I do?

Some materials and treatments used during production may cause a temporary odor. Don’t worry! It will naturally fade within a few days after unrolling your rug. If the smell feels strong, we recommend ventilating the room to speed up the process.

However, to enhance durability, some products may be supported with additional materials. We strongly encourage you to take all necessary fire safety precautions regardless.
