Do the colors and designs ever vary on your rugs?
We strive to show the most true-to-life colors in our images. Keep in mind that monitor and screen settings can cause some differences between the photos you see here and the actual product. Sometimes, patterns, colors, and design details might vary slightly. Our default room scene photos, taken in our studio, feature 5'x7’ rugs. For additional images, be sure to check out the “Customer Photos” section on each product page.

 

Is the fringe included in the width?

No, the fringe (tassel) is not included in the listed measurements. If you’d like to know the exact tassel length, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

Are your rugs shipped rolled or folded?

To offer you the best possible shipping rate while preserving the rug’s structure, our logistics team determines the most suitable shipping method for each item. Some rugs are shipped rolled, while others may be folded.

Do your rugs have non-slip backing?

Our rugs do not have built-in rubber backings. We highly recommend using a rug pad to prevent slipping. A rug pad not only keeps your rug in place but also extends its lifespan and adds extra softness.

Are rug pads machine washable?

Due to their material structure, rug pads are less durable than rugs and may get damaged during machine washing. We do not recommend washing rug pads in a washing machine.

My rug smells a bit. What should I do?

Some materials and treatments used during production may cause a temporary odor. Don’t worry! It will naturally fade within a few days after unrolling your rug. If the smell feels strong, we recommend ventilating the room to speed up the process.

Are rug pads suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, you can use rug pads outdoors. However, please note that outdoor use may shorten their lifespan due to weather conditions.

Do felted rug pads have rubber underneath?

Yes, the bottom layer of our felted rug pads is made of rubber to provide grip and prevent slipping.

Do your products contain flame retardants?

We do not apply flame retardants to our natural rugs, such as those made of cotton or wool. These materials are naturally resistant to flames. However, to enhance durability, some products may be supported with additional materials. We strongly encourage you to take all necessary fire safety precautions regardless.

Are the materials used in your rugs safe for humans and pets?

Yes, all of our products are manufactured in compliance with U.S. consumer health and safety regulations and are safe for both humans and animals.
