Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We are excited to announce that shipping is now completely free. We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, so the delivery cost is on us. No hidden fees, just great products delivered to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't ship internationally right now, but we're trying to make that happen soon. By the way, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, too.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
No worries! If there's an issue with your order, such as damage or receiving the wrong item, promptly contact our Customer Service Department via email. Please include your order number and photos of the item received, along with a picture of the back label.
Please note that if a package shows as delivered in the tracking info and isn’t reported as missing within 5 days, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement.
How do I track my order?
We will send a tracking number that will provide instant monitoring of each step of the process via email.
How can I change my shipping address?
Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We do not offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee address changes.
What happens if I refuse the delivery?
Just so you know, if a shipment gets refused, we'll have to take a fee out of any refund we give.

We offer quick shipping in the contiguous U.S. You can check the options at checkout.
Just a heads-up! Orders need to be placed by 12 PM (EST) to go out the same business day. If you order after that, it’ll ship the next business day. Expedited shipping doesn’t run on weekends, and the shipping fees aren’t refundable.
One more thing, 119 inches (10’x14) or larger items aren’t eligible for expedited shipping.
