The pile is a medium 0.31 in, and the rug is 0.51 in thick overall. Up close, the cream bands are tight rows of small loops and the sage bands are a fuller, fuzzier pile, all matte. It is soft underfoot and rated for high traffic. Custom sizes and rounds are made to order in about 147 days. The 8' × 10' fits a 7' sofa group or a queen bed set crosswise, and the runner suits a dry hallway.
