Size: Every rug is made by hand, so it can come out a little larger or smaller than the listed size. A difference of up to 5 inches in length or width is normal for a handmade rug.
Color: Colors on your screen may not match the rug exactly. Display settings, your device and the lighting in your room all change how a color looks. We keep our photos as close to the real rug as we can.

How this rug is made, and what it is made of
Construction
Hand knotted
Every knot is tied by hand on a vertical loom, close to a million in a 9' x 12', over months of work. No glue and no backing to wear out: the most durable construction, and the one that holds its value.

Material
Jute
A plant fiber spun into thick, textured yarn: natural, renewable and biodegradable. Its earthy weave grounds a room and layers well under other rugs. Keep it dry, as water can mark it.
